Brigitta Warren
Founder and Consulting Director
Brigitta Warren began her career in the ‘90s as a scientist, immersed in research and discovery. But her love for people and knack for making meaningful connections led her down a new, unexpected path into the world of recruitment. She quickly realised she’d found her true calling and traded her lab coat for talent search.
Now, with over 20 years of experience working in recruitment, Brigitta has firmly established herself as one of Hamilton’s leading recruitment experts.
Brigitta launched RecruitNet during the tumultuous pandemic lockdowns in 2020. While starting a new business in unpredictable times felt like planting seeds in a storm, Brigitta’s adaptability and ability to understand the needs of both job seekers and employers meant RecruitNet thrived.
Brigitta is the right-hand recruitment partner for many Kiwi business leaders and hiring managers. She loves nothing more than making perfect recruitment matches and driving success for both clients and candidates.
Birger Kirsten
Business and Operations
Birger Kirsten joined RecruitNet in 2021, bringing his expertise in contract recruitment and HR support to our team.
With years of experience across various markets, Birger has honed his skills in project and operational management, strategic and business planning, sales and marketing, and recruitment.
He’s applied his trade in industries including security, utilities, commercial construction, and telecommunications.
